Wholesale Account Executive (Inside and Remote from home available).
Your Job Duties
- You provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- You maintain and develop mutually beneficial broker and banker relationships.
- You meet individual & team monthly sales goals.
- You perform review of loans originated by third parties for general guidelines and identify outstanding items or questions that could cause closing delays.
- You discuss conditions as dictated by UW and internal policy, and ensure your broker works with your account manager

- Strong communication skills

- Phone Sales Experience
- Prior Mortgage Industry Experience

Our Preferred Skills
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships with your Mortgage Banking Clients.
- Training and educating clients on AHL Funding's programs, products and processes.
- Drive and maintain funded production levels above $5 million monthly.
- Hold regular account visits to continually reinforce the company’s differentiators and leverage them for quality volume.
- Being your clients’ “go-to” for the NonQM mortgage industry.
- Monitoring the performance of loan deliveries in your pipeline.
- Providing world-class client service to every client.
Our Desired Experience:
- Hard Money and Nonprime mortgage experience desired
Your Required Education
- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
