Broker Approval Criteria

Complete our broker application package below, including all required attachments. Note: incomplete applications will cause a delay in approval and may delay mortgage lending opportunities.
State licensing and authorization to originate and broker loans.
A history of business operations for two (2) years or more. In the case of newer firms, principals should have at least five (5) years’ experience in mortgage lending or brokering.
Maintain a good reputation in the mortgage industry with proven references, a high level of professionalism, and strong ethical standards.
Current good standing with all government licensing, regulatory bodies, and revenue collection agencies. This includes a public record clear of any civil or criminal judgments.
Brokers whose firm has been suspended or is currently under investigation by any agency will not be approved.

Broker Approval Process

Once you’re approved, you’ll be notified via e-mail. This email includes a unique Broker approval number and system access code to initiate mortgage lending deals with our team.

Your Account Executive will also conduct a welcome call. Together, you and your AE will review the AHL Funding loan submission procedures.
