Role and Responsibilities

• Auditing, preparing, and sending out various loan disclosures to borrowers throughout loan process
• Assisting multiple departments in preparing loan files to be disclosed accurately to borrowers.
• Contacting clients to review loan disclosures.
• Generating daily reports for multiple departments to make sure file tasks are fulfilled in timely matter and files kept within compliance
• Assisting account managing department with contacting customers to confirm closing appointments, and other tasks as required by other departments
• Assisting multiple departments with sending out disclosures to customers, retrieving signed disclosures, and data entry from multiple sources into customer files as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Ability to efficiently handle large work load during times of large production and work volume
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while on the phone with customers, and when working with other departments
• Previous experience with Encompass LOS (preferred)
• Previous mortgage or real estate experience (preferred)
